Siege

When a single kingdom gathers enough Victory Points, it is declared the winner of the war. Their rewards are secured—but the battle isn't over just yet. One final prize remains: the capital, glittering with untouched $BFB, waiting to be claimed by the victorious besiegers.
The winner of the war initiates a siege against the losing kingdom, aiming to breach the capital and claim the vault hidden deep within its walls. As a reward for winning the war, the victorious kingdom is refunded all the $BFB it spent during the conflict and receives 20% of the opposing kingdom's treasury, to be distributed among its players. However, by successfully besieging the capital, they can earn much more than that.
The Siege follows the same core rules as the regular war—zones (now representing city districts) must be conquered and held to generate Victory Points (VP). However, the objectives differ for each side:
Defenders must reach 100 VP. Once they do, the siege ends immediately.
Attackers aim to prolong the siege and gather as much VP as possible. Reaching 100 VP does not end the siege for them. Instead, for every 3 VP earned beyond 100, the attackers claim an additional 1% of the enemy's treasury, up to a maximum of 50%. The siege ends when attackers reach 200 VP.
Once the siege concludes, the $BFB is redistributed among players based on their contributions—and a new war begins.
So, you might be wondering—what happens to the $BFB spent during the siege?
To prevent a situation where attackers wage war for free, or defenders feel discouraged from participating after already losing, a special Siege Pool has been created.
Every $BFB spent during the siege—by both attackers and defenders—is collected into this pool. It doesn’t disappear. Instead, it’s carried over to the next war, where it will be added to the winnings of the next war’s victors.
This ensures every siege matters—not just for glory, but for building the stakes of the next great conflict.
